I’m happy to say that you Adventurers are some of the smartest people on the planet…many of you have post-graduate degrees. Research over the years has shown that expats and aspiring expats, besides being incredibly adventurous, are a well-educated group.
We would like you to use just a tiny bit of your brainpower each month to help us do a better job in serving you the information and resources you need to move, live and work abroad.
How? Glad you asked. This month we’ve inaugurated a new feature in our right hand column called the Adventurer Survey. It replaces the Adventurer Polls that has been a regular feature since January.
The Adventurer Survey asks just six questions each month on a wide range of topics of interest to you and to MYIA. For example, our inaugural July survey focuses specifically on how we might improve your experience on our website.
Questions range from “How easy is it to navigate the MYIA website” to “What features do you like about the MYIA website” to “Have you experienced any problems accessing the MYIA website.”
Some of the questions require you to just check a box or two and others provide you with the opportunity to share your thoughts with us. Either way, the responses are anonymous and no respondent tracking is done.
Why are we doing this? We want to be your best source of online information and that means making sure we are responding very specifically to your needs and wants. The more we know about your likes and dislikes, information that is essential for your moving, living and working abroad, resources that are important to you and features you like or don’t like, the better overall experience you’ll have with MyInternationalAdventure.
So, take a couple of minutes sometime during the month and let us know what you think. It will help us help you.
We’ll post the results of each month’s survey in an AVA blog the first week of the following month.
