Hi, Cynthia…you have lots of good questions! Pedrigal in Cabo San Lucas is a gated, upscale community so be prepared to spend a few dollars to live in that area. You, however, can still buy much more house in Mexico than a comparably priced home in the U.S. There are lots of Mexican real estate firms online, so just do a search for Cabo San Lucas. I’m sure there are plenty who will respond to your question with details.
